one week is motivation, one month is consistency, and one year is discipline
this is what you need to be aware when you start your journey
You might want to become number one.
It doesn’t matter whether you want to be the number one in your family or in your industry. If so, starting from one is the main key. Starting with one small thing or one small step is the way.
Starting small is,
The path to success.
This is the habit progression to your success.
The timeline to achieve all of your goals.
It is where you become your ideal self.
It is where you become the number one and top 1%.
The journey most likely will look like this:
One week of motivation
“Yeah, I believe you.”
“Yeah, you will become the number one.”
“Sure, you have the spirit.”
Well, don’t be so happy now.
You might get the motivation starting in one week. You have all your dreams and hopes. You planned all the way until you reached your ideal goals.
This is where you become ambitious and grab as many opportunities as you see.
You start seeing shiny things and grab all of them. You might get overwhelmed, but you have the spirit. You can take it, but there are things you need to consider.
In the first week, you will become the strongest.
Well, you feel like it. Even so, you need to be aware of the second week and beyond. It might seem smooth, but not for long. You will be tested. You might face some struggle, but that’s part of the journey.
The key from here is just being consistent.
You just need to be consistent for at least a month.
That’s where you can start noticing some things and start to become stronger and more cautious.
Why cautious?
There will be many distractions, but in the first week, you can’t see them.
It’s because you are filled with motivation and spirit. What you can use in the first week is to plan for the next week, stop grabbing so many shiny things, and be humble enough for yourself.
The next week and beyond are not the same as when you started the journey.
You will be different when you face the next week, months, and years.
One month is consistency.
Congrats!
If you have achieved one month, you have already built the habit progression for about 50%.
You already beat most of the people in the world. You become closer to your goals and gain enough confidence to move forward. The key here in the first month is that you learned.
You learn something valuable in the first month. You learn about patience, discipline, and motivation that come and go, but most importantly, consistency. We will talk about discipline later.
For now, you just need to be more consistent and make sure you don’t miss a day. Well, you sometimes failed once, but don’t let that distract you. Get back up as soon as you can.
Remember, it’s much harder to get back up from 10 skipped days than from 1 skipped day.
One year is discipline.
You are a beast!
I applaud you if you can become consistent for one year.
This year, you have already become disciplined enough to achieve it. You have already become consistent and disciplined.
Well, I believe it’s not a smooth ride, isn’t it? It’s okay. You’re already doing great, and I’m proud of you.
One year is a reset.
One year is where the transformation starts.
One year is when you become your ideal self, but not entirely.
Well, in order for us to change ourselves, it might take more than a year.
But everyone is different.
Everyone can come back to their old selves, but if you have already achieved that goal, you might find it easier not to go back to the old selves.
You might have achieved your goals and all of your ambitions. This might teach you a valuable lesson, which is discipline and consistency. Keep going, and always move forward.
Always compare yourself to who you were yesterday, rather than someone else.
You are only competing with yourself.
You and yourself only.
Start now.
You are not late.
